By using this day pass, I am entering all participating business venues of Rigby's Water World at my own risk and hereby agree not to sue, attach the property of, or prosecute any venues, their members, owners, and/or any of their affiliated organizations for any injury and/or damages caused by and/or resulting from my voluntary participation and presence at the venues. I further acknowledge that if I am 18 years of age, I am responsible for all minors entering the venues with me. I recognize that danger may be involved in participating at, in or on the venues' premises and attractions and hereby accept any risks, therefore. I hereby release and discharge the venues and/or their members, owners, employees, and all of their affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands I, my heirs, distributees, guardians, legal representatives or assigns now have or may hereafter have for injury or damage resulting from my participation and/or presence, and if I am 18 years of age, the participation and/or presence of an and all minors entering the venues with me. I acknowledge that: (1) admission to all venues is on a first-come-first-serve basis; (2) My ticket is not for resale, and should I attempt to resell this ticket or defraud the venues, I will forfeit the ticket's validation and may be criminally prosecuted; and (3) the venues' hours of operation are subject to change at any time.

NO refunds will be given for tickets purchased online or in the park.
